History

Formed in 2018, The Naper Group brought together a collaboration of professional managers, marketing experts, efficiency strategists, HR leaders, and IT designers. With over 150 years combined experience, we discovered that a well-rounded alliance of business experts could create a leading resource for small businesses interested in development or expansion.

Meet our President

Patrick Michael

Patrick has a passion for helping small businesses succeed. Starting with web design in the early 2000's, Patrick furthered his experience in the business sector by consulting for small medical practices, non-profit organizations, sporting and recreational clubs, and service industries such as restaurants and pubs. It was these experiences that led Patrick to find that small businesses often struggle with the details of managing their organization. This grew Patrick’s passion to help those that are the backbone of our economy.

Patrick graduated with Honors from Barry University earning his B.S. in Administration. He continued his education by attending St. Thomas University where he completed their Master of Business Administration program, earning St. Thomas University's elite MBA title. Patrick currently serves on the Executive Board of an AFL-CIO affiliated labor organization, representing roughly 1,500 employees, and in his spare time, he volunteers with animal rescues and special-needs youth outreach.

Leading by example and empowering his team, Patrick is known for collaborative brain-storming and welcomes all input from clients and the collective.

We will never release ANY information, written or otherwise, to any parties regarding the strategies, finances, personnel, etc., without written consent or upon subpoena or other court-order.
